The focus of QRS Research and Services is not to reinvent IT Practices along current line of disciplines such as Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning, Project Management, IT Procurement or IT Service Management. The objective is to create a common framework, vocabulary, roles and responsibilities, governance and skills to ensure an effective alignment, common vision and culture of RESPONSIBILITY among all disciplines.
